A real-time clinic queue management system designed to streamline patient flow across multiple consultation rooms. The application enables administrators to manage doctors, rooms, and patient registrations while automatically generating tokens for each doctor.

The system features separate dashboards for doctors and administrators, with live patient tracking and queue management. Doctors can efficiently serve patients using a "Next" functionality, while the system dynamically updates current and upcoming patient details without page reloads.

Integrated with Pusher and Laravel Broadcasting, the platform delivers real-time updates across doctor dashboards and public display screens. It also includes advanced features such as live waiting count updates, automatic population of the next patient, and instant token reflection when a new patient is added to an empty room.
